✍️ Efficient Editing Tips
Multiple editing methods to meet proofreading needs in various scenarios.
1. Edit While Listening: Click the Segment
- Click any segment card on the detail page.
- The player will jump to the start of that segment and begin playing.
- Ideal for fixing text while listening without manually dragging the timeline.
2. Search First, Edit Later: Top Search Bar
- Enter keywords in the top search bar and press Enter.
- Click the icon on the left to switch search fields: Original / Translation / Correction / Custom.
- Use "Previous / Next" buttons to jump between results.
3. Batch Editing Workflow
- Click the pencil button on the top right to enter Batch Edit mode.
- Enter the target word, and choose "Replace" or "Delete".
- Toggle "Case Sensitive" if needed.
- Select the fields and segments to apply the change.
- Execute batch processing and save.
4. Sync Batch Edits to Dictionary
- When Replacing, you can sync the change as a text replacement rule.
- When Deleting, you can sync it as a deletion rule.
5. Choosing Export Formats
- Click the Share button to export to Clipboard, CSV, or SRT.
- You can toggle fields before exporting (Time, Speaker, Original/Translation/Correction/Custom).
- Time precision options: "Seconds" or "Milliseconds".
Pro Tip: Use search to locate frequent errors first, then use Batch Edit for the fastest
results.
